These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dean's House Foundation, Inc. ("DHF," "we," "our," or "us") website at www.deanshousefoundation.org, our webforms, phone communications, and SMS/text messaging services. 1. About Dean's House Foundation

Dean's House Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit recovery housing organization incorporated in Kentucky, operating NARR Level II / KRHN-certified sober living homes in Hardin and Meade Counties, Kentucky. Our programs serve veterans, individuals in recovery, and those transitioning from incarceration or treatment programs.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Our webforms are powered by Jotform and are covered under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information. By submitting a webform, you agree that:

  • DHF may use the submitted information to contact you regarding programs and services.
  • Submission of a form does not guarantee admission to any DHF program.
  • We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on any DHF webform or by texting us directly, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Dean's House Foundation at the mobile number you provided, including appointment reminders, program updates, check-in messages, and community resource information.

Consent is not a condition of receiving DHF services.

  • Message frequency: Varies based on program participation.
  • Message & data rates may apply.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available through all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone Calls

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls from DHF staff related to your application, enrollment, or participation in our programs. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Donations

Donations to Dean's House Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law (EIN 88-1530838). All donations are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. DHF does not store credit card or payment account information on our servers. Donation acknowledgments will be sent to the email or address you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dean's House Foundation, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
