Dean's House Foundation, Inc. ("DHF," "we," "our," or "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit recovery housing organization. By providing your mobile phone number on any DHF webform and checking the SMS opt-in box, or by texting us directly, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dean's House Foundation at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of participation in any DHF program or service.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our webforms are hosted through Jotform under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), providing HIPAA-level security standards for form submissions. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations (including VA grant record-keeping requirements), and resolve disputes. Program records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with federal grant requirements.
